Microsoft just released, bing.com, a new search engine to replace Live Search(Microsoft’s old search engine). Bing.com is hoped to produce better results than yahoo and google coining their bing.com as a “decision engine.” Eric Hadley, of branding at Microsoft, says, “there is a lot of frustration when you think of search . . .Bing is a product that is going to get you the answers your looking for.”
As for something new and different bing.com doesn’t offer much change from competing search engines. There are more relevant sites and data when searching bing, but not a drastic change. Microsoft has a lot of work to change the minds of searchers out there to choose Bing.com over Google.com
